Blaire Marshall was raised in Morgantown and graduated from Morgantown High School. Blaire went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in paralegal studies from the George Washington University. While attaining her degrees, Blaire was a member of the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity as well as the national history honors society, Phi Alpha Theta. Blaire brings widespread knowledge and experience to the Manchin Injury Law Group, having assisted numerous clients and attorneys for ten years as a paralegal. Blaire also served as a judicial assistant to the Honorable Susan B. Tucker, of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, before graduating from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2020. Before joining Manchin Injury Law Group, Blaire worked as insurance defense lawyer, bringing with her an intimate knowledge of how insurance companies work and operate.
Blaire is admitted to practice law in West Virginia and is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. Blaire resides in Morgantown with her husband and two sons. When Blaire is not practicing law, she enjoys running, traveling, attending WVU sporting events, and spending time with her friends and family.
